Remove the desired number of RASA Samosas from the packet. Do not thaw. For the best, crispiest results, fry them directly from frozen.

2. Heat the Oil
Pour oil into your pan. The oil should be deep enough to float the samosas (approx. 2-3 inches deep). Heat the oil over a medium flame.

3. Slide Them In
Gently slide the frozen samosas into the hot oil one by one. Do not overcrowd the pan; fry them in batches to keep the oil temperature consistent.

4. Fry to Perfection
Fry on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn them occasionally with a slotted spoon so they brown evenly on all sides.

5. Drain & Serve
Once the samosas are golden brown and crispy, remove them with a slotted spoon. Drain excess oil on a paper towel to keep them light and crunchy.
